Frequently Asked Questions
You can find us in historic Downtown Noblesville, IN.
We’ve been happily creating dream spaces since 2009.
Yes. We can provide documentation if requested.
Absolutely. We understand that it may be helpful to meet homeowners we’ve worked with in the past and even see projects we’ve completed that are similar to yours firsthand. In addition to arranging the conversation, we can schedule you a tour of the space.
There are several factors that can impact the cost of your kitchen or bath remodel, including the size of your space, material selections, and any layout changes. While we can’t anticipate costs without speaking to you directly and seeing the space, we support the desire to plan and stay on budget. That’s why we always begin with a consultation in your home, so we can get down to the nuts and bolts and you can rest with a comfortable number. You can read more about our process here.

It depends. If you like a natural movement and patterns, then granite or marble may be the best option for you. If are wanting a cleaner look with little to no maintenance, then a quartz countertop might be a better fit. There are other countertop materials as well and we can talk with you about all of these during your initial consultation.
Yes. Many products we buy direct from the manufacturer. We also work closely with local vendors to source the right products for your project.
Though it can make sense to keep some existing cabinetry, we typically work with all new cabinetry. We can talk with you during our initial conversation about the feasibility of reusing some of your cabinetry, plus possible effects of the decision on overall costs.
We can handle all areas of your interior remodeling project, including design, demo, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry installation, etc. When our homeowners have specialized needs, we engage trusted contractors that can handle the most custom kitchen and bath projects.
A full kitchen or bath remodel typically takes 4-10 weeks. A more exact estimated timeframe depends on everything involved and is something we discuss during the initial consultation.
We love pets too and most of the houses we remodel have pets in the home. We will always work with you to make the construction site as safe and non-disruptive as possible for everyone, including your pet. Once we know your habits and theirs, we can plan together.
