A potential client often asks us for a list of references before committing to do a project. We love sharing our reference page for two reasons:
1. The client is doing research to find out if a contractor is a good fit. Please see our previous blog post for more information Know your contractor…before your project gets started.
2. We believe our client references do an accurate job of describing what it is like to work with us. References allow customers to share positive experiences during the project and also how we handled an unforeseen issues were handled. Unfortunately, not every job is perfect, but it is our response, communication, and follow-up that determines if we are worthy of a client referral.
The reference page we provide to our customers is helpful, however, the Internet continues to be the leading research tool for clients to learn about a company’s honesty, quality, reliability, etc. These online searches are often completed before we enter someone’s house for the first time. Based on that information, we encourage you to tell others about your experience with us through our Facebook Page, online communities, and Angie’s List. We would like an honest, unbiased review of your experience. These reviews are very helpful as we continue evaluate ourselves and for future clients to know what it is like to work with us.
